BRUT IPA。
ホップは、ネルソンソーヴィンなど使用。
原料にマイタケを使用。
グレープフルーツ、ライムなどの柑橘の風味が感じられ、フルーティー。
白ブドウのような風味も少し。
甘い感じは無く、苦味はしっかり。
ドライで、スッキリとしたビール。
ボディは、やや重め。
ただ、アルコール度数のわりに、飲みやすい。

アルコール度数10.5%　IBU35

However, for the alcohol content, it is easy to drink.
