ホップは、Apollo、Chinook、Cascadeを使用。
グレープフルーツのような風味が強く。
木材やハーブを思わせるスパイシーな風味がしっかりと。
トーストのような香ばしい風味も強く。
ボディは、ミディアムくらいかな。
苦味がしっかりとしていて、ドライ。
後味は、スッキリとした感じ。
今どきのIPAというよりは、クラシックな感じ。

It’s more of a classic IPA than a modern IPA.
