Be easy More Years, Beers, & Pals
Pastry Stout。
West Coast Brewingとのコラボビール。
スタウトと認識せずに買ったので、グラスに注いだら黒いのでビックリ。
IPAだと勝手に思い込んでいた。
なんでも、原料にオレオクッキーを使っているそう。
オレオクッキーと言うと、黒いクッキーに白いクリームを挟んだ商品。
実は、オレオクッキーはあまり好きではないのだけど、飲んでみたら、美味しかった。
口に含むと、コーヒー、チョコレート、ナッツのような風味。
確かにオレオっぽい風味も感じられる。
ボディはやや重めなんだけど、甘みがあるせいか意外と飲みやすい。
それにしても、スタウトを飲むのは久しぶり。
スタウトも好きなんだけど、IPAとかセゾンに比べると優先順位が低くなってしまうので、あんまり飲まないのよね。
今冬は積極的に、スタウトを飲んでみようかな。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

A collaboration beer with West Coast Brewing.
I bought it without realizing it was a stout, so I was surprised when I poured it into a glass and saw that it was black.
I thought it was an IPA.
I was told that they use Oreo cookies as the ingredients.
Oreo cookies are black cookies with white cream in between.
Actually, I don’t really like Oreo cookies, but when I tried it, it was delicious.
In the mouth, it tastes like coffee, chocolate, and nuts.
I can definitely detect some Oreo-like flavors.
The body is a little heavy, but the sweetness makes it surprisingly easy to drink.
It’s been a while since I’ve had a stout.
I like stouts, but I don’t drink them as often as IPAs or saisons because I don’t give them as much priority.
I think I’ll actively try to drink stouts this winter.
