インペリアルIPA。
ホップは、Citra, Mosaic, Ella, El Dorado, Sultannaを使用。
オレンジや桃のような風味が、感じられる。
少しスパイシーな感じやハーブっぽい風味も。
口当たりは柔らかく、ジューシー。
ほのかに甘い感じがあって、わずかに酸味もあるような。
苦味は、ほどよく。
ただ、若干渋い感じや、粉っぽい感じがするのが気になるかなぁ。
ボディは、やや重め。
でも、アルコール度数が高いわりには飲みやすいと思う。
