Sour DIPAとのこと。
ホップはネルソンソーヴィン、モザイクを使用。
原料にラズベリー、ブルーベリー、乳糖を使用しているそう。
トロっとしているというよりは、ドロッとした感じの口当たり。
ベリーの風味が強く、ベリーのスムージーを飲んでいるみたい。
ほどよい酸味。
甘いのだけど、酸味のおかげか、それほどしつこい感じはしない。
ブドウの皮の様な渋みをほのかに感じる。
ベリーが強いけれど、ビールっぽさも少し残っている感じ。
アルコール度数が高めなものの、飲んでいて気にならない。
万人受けはしないかもしれないけど、とても美味しいなぁ。

They use raspberries, blueberries and lactose as ingredients.
The mouthfeel is more of a sloppy texture than a thick one.
It has a strong berry flavor and it’s like drinking a berry smoothie.
Moderate acidity.
It’s sweet, but thanks to the acidity, it doesn’t feel too persistent.
There’s a hint of astringency like grape skins.
The berries are strong, but there’s also a hint of beeriness.
The alcohol content is high, but I don’t mind it when I drink it.
It may not be to everyone’s taste, but it’s very tasty.
