鬼伝説　鬼にハチマキIPA

コールドIPAでいいのかな。
ホップは、ザーツ、クライオポップを使用。
グレープフルーツ、オレンジなどの柑橘の風味。
それから、桃やトロピカルフルーツも感じられ、フルーティー。
甘やかな感じはありつつも、苦味がしっかりとしていて、後味はドライでスッキリ。
ボディは、ミディアムもしくはやや重めかな。
とても美味しいビールだなぁ。

アルコール度数8.5％　IBU70

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

I’m not sure if a cold IPA is the way to go.
Hops are Zertz and CryoPop.
Citrus flavors of grapefruit and orange.
Then, peach and tropical fruits can also be felt, and it is fruity.
The finish is dry and clean, with a sweet but firm bitterness.
The body is medium or slightly heavy.
A very tasty beer.
