志賀高原ビール India Pink Ale（2025）
フルーツIPA。
原料に、ブルーベリーなどを使用。
ほどよい酸味が、感じられる。
セゾンっぽい風味も少し。
サワーIPAのような印象のビール。
ベリーの風味が強く、グレープフルーツ、レモン、ライムなどの柑橘も。
ワインのような渋みが、感じられる。
確かにビールなのだけど、ややワイン寄りな印象。
苦味ほどよく、甘やかな感じがあってフルーティ。
後味はドライ。
ボディは、やや重めかなぁ。
スッキリとしているので、暑い時期にちょうど良い感じ。
前回よりも、今回の方が良いと思う。
アルコール度数6% IBU?

It is definitely a beer, but it has a slightly wine-like impression.
Fruity with a good amount of bitterness and sweetness.
The aftertaste is dry.
The body is a bit heavy.
It is refreshing and just right for hot weather.
I think this one is better than the last one.
