伊勢角屋麦酒 脳がとろけるウルトラヘヴン 3xIPA
トリプルIPA。
クリアな見た目のIPA。
勝手にヘイジーIPAだと思い込んでいたので、クリアなのは意外な感じだった。
ホップは、モザイク、シムコー、アマリロを使用。
グレープフルーツ、オレンジなどの柑橘っぽい風味が目立つ。
他にライチなどのトロピカルフルーツ、白ブドウ、メロンのような風味も感じられる。
それから、草っぽい感じも。
少し甘い感じがあり、フルーティ。
苦味がしっかりとしていて、ボディはやや重め。
ただ、後味がスッキリとしているせいか、意外と飲みやすい。
アルコール度数がかなり高いけど、気にならずにスルッと飲めてしまう。
とても好みのビールだったので、お店に行って、パイントでじっくり飲みたいな。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

A clear looking IPA.
I assumed it was a hazy IPA, so the clearness was a surprise to me.
Hops used were Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo.
Citrusy flavors such as grapefruit and orange are prominent.
Other flavors like lychee and other tropical fruits, white grapes, and melon can also be detected.
Then there’s a grassy feel.
It’s a little sweet and fruity.
The bitterness is strong and the body is a little heavy.
However, it is surprisingly easy to drink because of its refreshing aftertaste.
The alcohol content is quite high, but it doesn’t bother me and I can drink it easily.
I really liked this beer, and I would like to go to a store and drink it by the pint.
