伊勢角屋麦酒　煎茶 HAZY IPA
ヘイジーIPA。
お茶を使ったビール。
思った以上に、しっかりお茶。
お茶の風味が主張するけど、ビールの風味を邪魔しないような絶妙なバランス。
それから、桃、ベリー、オレンジ、トロピカルフルーツなどの甘い風味。
フローラルな風味も感じられる。
なんとなく抹茶ラテを思わせる感じ。
ボディは、やや重め。
苦味は、しっかりと。
お茶を使っているせいか、少し渋い感じもする。
甘い感じはほとんど無く、ドライでスッキリとした後味。
とても美味しいビールなのだけど、澱が多いので、気になる人もいると思う。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Hazy IPA.
A beer made with tea.
It is more tea than I expected.
The tea flavor is assertive, but perfectly balanced so that it doesn’t interfere with the beer flavor.
Then there are sweet flavors of peach, berry, orange, and tropical fruits.
Floral flavors can also be detected.
Somewhat reminiscent of a matcha latte.
The body is a bit heavy.
Bitterness is strong.
It is a little astringent, perhaps due to the use of tea.
There is almost no sweetness, and the finish is dry and refreshing.
It is a very tasty beer, but there is a lot of lees, which may bother some people.
