京都醸造 六遊記（独国の巻）
ジャーマンIPA。
ホップは、Polaris、Hallertau Hersbrucker、Hallertau Mittelfruh、Spalt Spalter、Tettnangerを使用。
ハーブのような風味や、フローラルな感じが強く。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘の風味も。
クセがあるというか、独特な風味のするIPA。
表現が難しいのだけど、青臭いというか、土っぽいというか、独特な風味がある。
温まってくると、高級なハチミツ、キャンディーのような甘い風味も感じられるように。
苦味は、しっかり。
後味はスッキリとしていて、飲みやすい。
ボディはミディアムもしくは、やや重めかなぁ。
正直、第一印象がそれほど良くなかったのだけど、じっくり飲んでみるといろんな風味が感じられて、とても面白い。
個性的で好きだけど、人によって好みが分かれそう。

The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.
The body is medium or a little heavy.
To be honest, my first impression of this beer was not that good, but after taking a long time to drink it, I was able to feel many different flavors, which was very interesting.
I like it because it’s unique, but it’s not for everyone.
