ドゥンケルヴァイツェン。
思ったよりも、ちゃんとヴァイツェンだった。
バナナっぽい風味は、しっかりと。
香ばしい風味が、意外と強め。
なんとなく黒糖を思わせる甘みや、旨味を感じる。
後味に、ハーブっぽい独特の風味。
少し甘く、フルーティー。
クラフトビールメーカーが作る下手なヴァイツェンより、こちらの方が美味しいと思う。
価格を考えると、とても良くできていると思う。
大手のビールのわりに、攻めた感じがする。
アルコール度数5.5% IBU?

Dunkelweizen.
It was more of a proper wheat beer than I expected.
The banana-like flavor is distinct.
The roasted aroma is surprisingly strong.
I sense a sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar and a savory umami flavor.
A unique herbal flavor in the aftertaste.
Slightly sweet and fruity.
I think this is tastier than the clumsy Weizen made by craft beer makers.
Considering the price, I think it’s very well made.
It feels aggressive for a major beer.
