うちゅうブルーイング　CORE（#352）

ウエストコーストIPA。
ホップは、シトラ、クライオシトラ、インコグニートシトラを使用とのこと。
まさにシトラ尽くし。
グレープフルーツ、白ぶどう、ライチ、洋梨のような風味が感じられる。
それから、草っぽい風味も。
フルーティーで、甘やかな感じ。
苦味はしっかりとしていて、後味はスッキリ。
やや重めのボディ。
アルコール度数がかなり高いけど、飲んでいてそれほど気にならない。
これは、好きだなぁ。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

West Coast IPA.
The hops used are Citra, Cryo Citra, and Incognito Citra.
It’s all about Citra.
Grapefruit, white grape, lychee, and pear flavors are present.
There are also grassy flavors.
It’s fruity and sweet.
The bitterness is strong and the finish is clean.
Slightly heavier in body.
The alcohol content is quite high, but it doesn’t bother me that much when I drink it.
I like this one.
