ヨロッコビール　YUZU SAISON 2021

柚子を使ったビール。
柚子の風味がしっかりと感じられ、フルーティー。
フローラルな感じもするかなぁ。
ボディは、やや軽め。
苦味も風味ほどよく、とても飲みやすい。
基本、ドライでスッキリとしたビール。
ただ、温度が上がってくると、ほのかに甘味が出てくるような感じも。
毎年年末になると販売されるビール。
年始に飲むつもりが、だいぶ時間が経ってしまった。
ほぼ毎年飲んでいるけど。2021も美味しかった！

The bitterness is moderate and very easy to drink.
Basically, it is a dry and refreshing beer.
However, as the temperature rises, there is a hint of sweetness.
This beer is sold at the end of every year.
I was going to drink it at the beginning of the year, but a long time has passed.
I’ve been drinking it almost every year, and 2021 was delicious!
