松本ブルワリー　OVERLOAD IMPERIAL IPA

インペリアルIPA。
原料に、コリアンダーを使用。
ハーブっぽい風味や、フローラルな風味が感じられる。
その後ちょっと遅れて、麦の香ばしい風味や、グレープフルーツなどの柑橘の風味。
今どきのIPAと言うよりは、かなりクラシックな感じのするIPA。
ほのかに甘い感じがあるものの、苦味はしっかり。
ボディは重く、飲みごたえは十分。
アルコール度数もかなり高いけど、意外とアルコール感は気にならない。
炭酸抑えめで、口当たりは滑らか。
コリアンダーを使っているせいか、冷涼感がある。

以下、なんちゃって英訳。
間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Imperial IPA.
Coriander is used as an ingredient.
The flavor is herbal and floral.
A little later, savory barley flavors and citrus flavors such as grapefruit.
This is not an IPA of today, but rather an IPA with a very classic feel.
There is a hint of sweetness, but the bitterness is strong.
The body is heavy and the drinkability is good.
The alcohol content is quite high, but surprisingly, I don’t mind the alcohol feeling.
The carbonation is low and the mouthfeel is smooth.
Perhaps because of the use of coriander, it has a cool feeling.
