うちゅうブルーイング　Shooting Star IPA（#333）

DDH WHEAT IPA。
ホップは、センテニアル、シトラを使用。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘の風味がやや目立つ。
それから、桃屋トロピカルフルーツのような風味も。
ボディは、ミディアム。
口当たりは柔らかく、ジューシー。
甘やかな感じはするものの、ドライでスッキリとした飲み口。
アルコール度数は高めだけど、スルスル飲める。
スッキリしているので、今の暑い時期にはちょうどいいかも。

Centennial and Citra hops are used.
Citrus flavors such as grapefruit are somewhat prominent.
Then, peach and tropical fruit flavors are also present.
The body is medium.
The mouthfeel is soft and juicy.
The mouthfeel is sweet but dry and refreshing.
The alcohol content is high, but it is easy to drink.
Because it is refreshing, it might be just right for the current hot season.
