Harland Samurai Dunk
ウエストコーストDIPA。
日本向けの限定醸造ビールらしい。
ホップは、チヌーク、エルドラド、シムコーを使用。
洋梨やメロンのような瓜っぽい風味が、目立つ。
柑橘やベリーっぽい風味も少々。
草っぽい感じや、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も。
なんとなく、お茶っぽい風味もするかなぁ。
フルーティーで、瑞々しい印象のビール。
ほのかに甘い感じがあるものの、苦味はしっかり。
ボディは、やや重め。
ただ、アルコール度数が、かなり高いわりに飲みやすい。
派手なビールかと思っていたのだけど、飲んでみたらそんな感じでもなかった。
どちらかというと、ゆっくり楽しむ感じのビール。
口当たりも良いし、美味しいなぁ。

Hops used are Chinook, El Dorado, and Simcoe.
Flavors like pear and melon are prominent.
There are also a few citrus and berry flavors.
There is also a grassy, spicy flavor reminiscent of wood.
There’s also a tea-like flavor.
The beer has a fruity and fresh impression.
There is a hint of sweetness, but the bitterness is strong.
The body is a little heavy.
However, it is easy to drink despite the high alcohol content.
A beer to be enjoyed slowly.
It has a good mouthfeel and is delicious.
