奈良醸造 8-BIT（エイトビット）
ベルジャンダークエール。
カケガワファームさんとのコラボビール。
なんでも、4ヶ月の熟成期間を経て、リリースされたとのこと。
ちなみにホップは、リバティ、メルクール、カスケードを使用しているそう。
グラスを顔に近づけると、芳醇な香りが感じられる。
口に含むと、ドライフルーツのような風味。
具体的には、イチジク、レーズン、バナナなど様々な風味が広がる。
ほのかに甘く、ほのかに酸味がある。
ジューシーな感じも少し。
後味は、思ったよりもドライな仕上がり。
それほど重くなくて、意外と飲みやすかったりする。

スペック：アルコール度数 8.6％、IBU 25
以下、なんちゃって英訳。
間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
