Hazy Double IPA with Yuzu。
柚子を使ったビール。
オレンジ、グレープフルーツ、和柑橘のような風味。
柚子独特の風味は、あまり主張しない。
草っぽい風味も。
甘やかで、ジューシー。
口当たりは柔らかく、滑らか。
苦みはしっかりとしていて、やや重めのボディ。
後味ドライで、スッキリとしているので、飲み飽きない。
若干、口がピリピリする感じがあるのが惜しいけど、美味しいビール。

The mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
It has a solid bitterness and a slightly full-bodied profile.
The finish is dry and refreshing, so it’s easy to keep drinking.
It’s a shame there’s a slight tingling sensation in the mouth, but it’s a delicious beer.
