IPA。
ホップは、Warrior、Simcoe、Nelson Sauvin、Idaho 7、Strataを使用。
グレープフルーツ、和柑橘のような風味。
少しベリー。
それから、ライチ、パイナップルなどのトロピカルフルーツも。
ほのかに白ブドウ。
瑞々しく、甘やかでフルーティー。
麦のような風味も、少し感じられる。
飲んだ印象としては、シンプルなIPA。
苦味ほどよく、やや重めのボディ。
後味がスッキリしていて、飲みやすくて美味しいね。
アルコール度数8% IBU35

My impression is that this is a simple IPA.
It has just the right amount of bitterness and a slightly full-bodied mouthfeel.
The finish is clean, making it easy to drink and delicious.
