ヨロッコビール 夏蜜柑Saison
夏みかんを使ったセゾン。
和柑橘の風味、柑橘のワタのような苦みが感じられる。
甘い感じは無く、ドライ。
思ったよりも、苦みが強め。
セゾン独特のスパイシーな風味は、あまり主張しない感じ。
ボディは、ミディアムかなぁ。
スッキリとしたビールなので、これからの季節にちょうど良いビールかもしれない。
アルコール度数4% IBU?
