志賀高原ビール OSMK
バレルエイジド・ダークエール。
桃、プラム、ダークチェリーのような風味。
リンゴっぽい風味も少々。
酸味は、しっかりと。
樽由来だと思うのだけど、木材を連想させる独特のスパイシーな風味が少し。
赤ワインのような渋味も感じられる。
少しトロッとした感じがあり、滑らかな口当たり。
ボディは、やや重め。
酸味のおかげでスッキリとしているので、思ったよりも飲みやすい。
派手なビールではないけれど、風味豊かでとても美味しい。
これは、良いビールね。

Barrel-Aged Dark Ale.
Flavors reminiscent of peach, plum, and dark cherry.
A hint of apple-like flavor too.
The acidity is pronounced.
I suspect it’s from the barrel, but there’s a slight unique spicy flavor reminiscent of wood.
You can also sense a tannic bitterness like red wine.
Slightly viscous texture with a smooth mouthfeel.
Body is somewhat heavy.
The acidity keeps it refreshing, making it easier to drink than expected.
Not a flashy beer, but richly flavored and very tasty.
This is a good beer.
