West Coast Brewing Imperial Red IPA
インペリアルレッドIPA。
ホップは、Chinook、Nugget、Simcoe CRYOを使用。
ベリー、アメリカンチェリー、ブドウのような風味。
それからレーズンなどのドライフルーツ、キャラメルを思わせる甘く濃厚な風味。
麦の風味も感じられ、木材を連想させるスパイシーな風味も少々。
後味に、いい意味で青臭い草のような風味も感じられる。
思ったよりも甘く、フルーティー。
ボディは重め。
インペリアルレッドIPAとのことだけど、バレーワイン的な感じもする。
もう少し寝かせてみても、面白いかも。
これは良いね〜。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
Imperial Red IPA.
Hops are Chinook, Nugget and Simcoe CRYO.
Flavors of berries, American cherries, and grapes.
Then there are dried fruits such as raisins and a sweet, rich flavor reminiscent of caramel.
There is also a touch of barley and a little spicy flavor reminiscent of wood.
There is also a nice green grassy aftertaste.
Sweeter and more fruity than expected.
The body is heavy.
It’s supposed to be an Imperial Red IPA, but it also has a valley wine feel to it.
It might be interesting to let it sit a little longer.
This is good.
