Thorn Father Larry’s IIPA
ダブルIPA。
ホップは、Chinook、Simcoe、Citra、Amarilloを使用。
グレープフルーツ、ライムのような風味が強く、ミカンやトロピカルフルーツのような風味も少々。
木材のようなスパイシーな風味が、強い感じ。
苦味がしっかりとしているのだけど、苦味の中にほのかに甘みを感じるような。
飲んでいて、アルコール感が目立つのが、ちょっと気になるかな。
それから、後味に、なんとなく清涼感を感じるのは、なんでだろう？
ボディは、やや重め。
飲みごたえのあるビール。
スペック：アルコール度数8.1％ IBU？

Strong grapefruit and lime flavors, with a little tangerine and tropical fruit.
The woody, spicy flavors are strong.
The bitterness is strong, but there is a hint of sweetness in the bitterness.
I was a little bothered by the noticeable alcohol taste.
The aftertaste is somewhat cool and refreshing.
The body is a little heavy.
It’s a beer that’s worth drinking.
