DDH TRIPLE IPA。
ホップは、Citra、Simcoe、Strataを使用。
オレンジ、ミカン、グレープフルーツなどの柑橘の風味。
桃やトロピカルフルーツのような風味も感じられる。
草っぽい感じや、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も少し。
甘い感じはほとんどないものの、ジューシー。
口当たりは、とても柔らかく。
やや重めのボディ。
ただアルコール度数がかなり高いわりには、飲みやすいと思う。
苦いというよりは、渋いのかな。
美味しいのだけど、口の中がピリピリするのがちょっと気になる。

アルコール度数10.3%　IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Hops are Citra, Simcoe and Strata.
Flavors of orange, tangerine, grapefruit and other citrus fruits.
Flavors of peach and tropical fruit are also present.
A bit of grassiness and spicy flavors reminiscent of wood.
Juicy with little sweetness.
Very soft on the palate.
Slightly heavy body.
However, despite the fairly high alcohol content, I think it is easy to drink.
It is more astringent than bitter.
It tastes good, but the tingling in the mouth bothers me a little.
