サワーエール。
カシス、チェリー、ブルーベリー、柚子、メイヤーレモン、バニラビーンズといった原料を使用。
バニラの風味は、ほんのりと。
甘い感じもありつつ、酸味は強め。
ベリー、アメリカンチェリーを思わせる濃厚な風味。
梅っぽい感じも少々。
ドロッとした口当たり。
美味しいのだけど、473mlだとちょっと量が多いかな。
個人的には。350mlくらいがベストかも。

Sour ale.
Made with blackcurrant, cherry, blueberry, yuzu, Meyer lemon, and vanilla bean.
A hint of vanilla flavor.
The sourness is strong, while the sweetness is also present.
It has a rich flavor reminiscent of berries and American cherries.
A bit of pluminess.
Sloppy mouthfeel.
It’s delicious, but 473ml is a bit too much for me.
Personally, I think 350ml would be best.
