Fidens Brewing Eugene’s Axe With Pineapple
ダブルIPA。
ホップは、シトラ、ギャラクシーを使用。
それから、原料にパイナップルを使用。
パイナップル、マンゴーなどのトロピカルフルーツのような風味が、やや強め。
オレンジ、ベリー、桃のような風味も。
フローラルな感じや、草っぽい風味も感じられる。
甘い感じがあり。ジューシー。
口当たりはとても柔らかく、滑らか。
ボディは、やや重めかな。
甘いせいか、アルコール度数が高いわりに飲みやすく、思ったよりもスルスル飲めてしまう。
とても美味しいヘイジーIPAでした。
アルコール度数8.5% IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
Double IPA.
Hops are Citra and Galaxy.
Then, pineapple is used as an ingredient.
Flavors of pineapple, mango, and other tropical fruits are a bit strong.
Also orange, berry, and peach-like flavors.
Floral and grassy flavors are also present.
Some sweetness. Juicy.
Very soft and smooth on the palate.
The body is a bit heavy.
Perhaps because of the sweetness, it is easy to drink despite the high alcohol content, and it goes down much more smoothly than expected.
It was a very tasty Hazy IPA.
