ホップは、Simcoe、Simcoe Cryoを使用。
グレープフルーツ、オレンジなどの柑橘っぽい風味が強い。
パイナップルのような風味や、草っぽい感じも。
口当たりは柔らかく、飲み口はジューシー。
甘い感じもほのかに。
苦味がしっかりとしていて、意外と後味がサッパリ。
美味しいIPAでした。

Hops used are Simcoe and Simcoe Cryo.
Strong citrusy flavors of grapefruit and orange.
It also has a pineapple-like flavor and a grassy feel.
The mouthfeel is soft and the mouthfeel is juicy.
There is also a hint of sweetness.
The bitterness is strong, and the aftertaste is surprisingly crisp.
It was a delicious IPA.
