West Coast Brewing　Full Hop Alchemist V.4

Hazy Double IPA。
ホップは、シトラ、ワカツ、サブロを使用。
柑橘っぽい風味がやや目立つ。
特にグレープフルーツ感があり、グレープフルーツジュースを飲んでいるような感じがする。
温度上がってくると、パイナップルなどのトロピカルフルーツのような風味がでてくる。
飲み口はジューシーで、口当たり良い。
苦味は控えめ。
甘い感じもあまりなく、ドライな作り。

今までのFull Hop Alchemistに比べると、ピリピリした感じは、だいぶ抑えられたように思う。
飲んでいて、口内や喉に少し刺激を感じる程度。
今まで飲んだ「Full Hop Alchemist」の中では、これが一番美味しいかな。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Style is Hazy Double IPA.
Use Citra, Wakatsu, Sabro.
The citrus flavor is slightly noticeable.
It’s like drinking grapefruit juice.
As the temperature rises, it feels like a pineapple.
The mouth is juicy.
Bitterness is modest.
There is not much sweet feeling and makes it dry.

Compared to the previous version, the stimulation seems to have been suppressed considerably.
A little irritation in the mouth and throat.
This is the most delicious “Full Hop Alchemist” I’ve ever had.
