志賀高原ビール SHIGA KOGEN IPA 2.02 Center of the Universe
IPA。
ホップは、カスケードなど使用。
白ブドウ、ライチ、ベリーのような風味。
オレンジや、グレープフルーツなどの柑橘。
それから、メロンなどを思わせる瓜っぽい風味も。
草っぽい感じも、少々。
苦みはほどよく、瑞々しい感じがあり、甘やかでフルーティー。
ボディは、やや重めくらいかなぁ。
とても美味しいビールではあるのだけど、瓜っぽい風味が気になるのよね。
アルコール度数6% IBU41

Hops include Cascade.
Flavors reminiscent of white grapes, lychee, and berries.
Citrus notes like orange and grapefruit.
Also, a melon-like, cucumber-esque flavor.
A slight grassy hint.
Moderate bitterness, refreshingly crisp, sweet and fruity.
Body is slightly on the heavier side.
It’s a very tasty beer, but that cucumber-like flavor is a bit bothersome.
