伊勢角屋麦酒さんと×鬼伝説さんのコラボビール。
IPA。
ホップは、Cascade、Talus、HBC-630を使用とのこと。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘の風味。
トロピカルフルーツ、ベリー、桃のような甘い風味もあり、フルーティーな印象のビール。
それから、フローラルな感じや、麦の香ばしい風味も。
少しスパイシーな感じもするかなぁ。
ボディは、ミディアム。
口当たりは、柔らかく。
甘やかな感じがあるものの、後味はスッキリ。
これは美味しいなぁ。
