うちゅうブルーイング PLUTO（#292）
WEST COAST DIPA。
ホップは、MOSAIC、NELSON SAUVINを使用。
白ぶどうのような風味やハーブっぽい風味、フローラルな感じが強め。
柑橘っぽい風味や、トロピカルフルーツを思わせる風味も感じられる。
苦味はしっかりめ。
ボディはミディアムかなぁ。
アルコール度数は高めなんだけど、飲んでいて気にならない。
見た目はクリア。
ただ、飲んでみると、ジューシーな感じや少し甘い感じもあって、Hazy IPA寄りな作りだと思う。
だから、WEST COAST IPAと聞いて想像する味とは、ちょっと違うかな。
でも、それが悪いわけではなくて、飲んでみると、とても美味しい。
やっぱり、うちゅうさんは凄いなあ。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
WEST COAST DIPA.
The hops are MOSAIC and NELSON SAUVIN.
White grape, herbaceous, and floral flavors are strong.
Citrusy and tropical fruit flavors are also present.
The bitterness is strong.
The body is medium.
The alcohol content is high, but it doesn’t bother me when I drink it.
It looks clear, but it also has a juicy and slightly sweet taste, which I think makes it more like a Hazy IPA.
So it’s a little different from what I imagine a West Coast IPA to taste like.
But that doesn’t mean it’s bad, it’s just very tasty.
