うちゅうブルーイング　NINJA（#682）
IMPERIAL BLACK IPA。
ホップは、Centennial、Columbus、Simcoeなど使用。
香ばしい風味が強く。
グレープフルーツ、オレンジなどの柑橘の風味。
トロピカルフルーツ、ベリーのような風味も少々。
ビターなチョコレートやコーヒーのような風味もあって、オランジェットのような感じがしなくもない。
ハーブのような風味が意外と強め。
苦味しっかり、やや重めのボディ。
今まで飲んだブラックIPAとちょっと違った感じで、面白い。

アルコール度数8%　IBU?

IMPERIAL BLACK IPA.
Hops used include Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe.
Strong savory flavor.
Citrus flavors of grapefruit and orange.
Tropical fruit and berry flavors.
Some bitter chocolate and coffee-like flavors, not unlike an orangette.
Surprisingly strong herb-like flavor.
The bitterness is strong, and the body is a bit heavy.
It’s a bit different from other black IPAs I’ve had, which is interesting.
