DDH SPECTRUM DIPA。
ホップは、Mosaic、Cryo Mosaic、Incognito Mosaic、Spectrum Mosaicを使用。
モザイク尽くし！
Spectrumって初めて聞いたと思って調べてみたら、ホップの成分を濃縮した液体らしい。
ビールを飲んでみると、オレンジ、グレープフルーツ、白ぶどう、ライチ、メロンのような風味。
草っぽい感じも。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
ただ、甘くてしつこい感じはなく、後味は意外とスッキリ。
苦味はほどよく、口当たりも柔らかい。
ボディはやや重めかな。
アルコール度数も高いのだけど、気にならずに飲める。
これは美味しいな〜。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

I thought I’d never heard of Spectrum before, so I looked it up and found out that it’s a liquid that concentrates the ingredients of hops.
When I drank the beer, it tasted like orange, grapefruit, white grape, lychee, and melon.
Some grassy notes.
It’s a little sweet and juicy.
However, it is not too sweet and sticky, and the aftertaste is surprisingly clean.
The bitterness is moderate and the mouthfeel is soft.
The body is a little heavy.
The alcohol content is high, but I can drink it without worrying about it.
This is delicious.
