Fieldwork Relative Hoppiness
ウエストコーストDIPA。
ホップは、Nelson、Galaxy、El Doradoを使用。
白ブドウ、グレープフルーツ、ライム、ベリーのような風味。
麦の香ばしい風味も、感じられる。
それから、草っぽい風味もしっかりと。
甘い感じは、ほとんど無いものの、フルーティー。
苦味が強いというか、渋い感じが強いかなぁ。
ボディはやや重め。
ただアルコール度数を考えると、飲みやすい部類に入ると思う。
アルコール度数8.2% IBU?

West Coast DIPA.
Hops are Nelson, Galaxy and El Dorado.
Flavors of white grapes, grapefruit, lime, and berries.
The savory barley flavors are also present.
Then there’s a grassy, herbaceous flavor.
Fruity with little sweetness.
The bitterness is strong, or perhaps a bit astringent.
The body is a bit heavy.
However, considering the alcohol content, I think it is in the easy-drinking category.
