West Coast Brewing　Starwatcher CRYO

ウエストコーストIPA。
ホップは、Citra Cryo、Simcoe Cryo、Mosaic Cryoを使用。
グレープフルーツ、ライムのような風味がやや目立つ。
トロピカルフルーツのような風味や、フローラルな感じも。
それから草っぽい感じも、少し。
ボディは、ミディアムくらいかな。
ほのかな甘味が感じられ、フルーティー。
苦味はほどよく、後味がスッキリしているので、スルスル飲めちゃう。
久しぶりに、Starwatcherを飲んだけど、やっぱり旨いな〜。

アルコール度数7%　IBU?

以下、なんちゃって英訳。
間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

West Coast IPA.
Hops are Citra Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, and Mosaic Cryo.
Grapefruit and lime flavors are somewhat prominent.
Some tropical fruit and floral flavors.
Then a bit of grassiness.
Body is about medium.
Fruity with a hint of sweetness.
The bitterness is moderate, and the aftertaste is clean, so it goes down smoothly.
I haven’t had Starwatcher in a while, but it’s still very good.
