ダブルIPA。
ホップは、Citra、Nelson Sauvin、Mosaic、Eldoradoを使用。
白ぶどう、グレプフルーツ、メロンのような風味。
それから、フローラルな感じや、ハーブ、草っぽい感じも。
木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も。少々。
苦味はしっかりとしていて、ボディはやや重め。
風味豊かで、とても美味しい。
ただ、ほのかに辛味があるというか、喉や舌がピリピリするような感じが・・・。
そこが、ちょっと気になるかな。

アルコール度数8.5%　IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Double IPA.
Hops: Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Eldorado.
Flavors like white grapes, grapefruit, and melon.
Also floral, herbal, and grassy.
A little spicy, reminiscent of wood.
The bitterness is strong and the body is a bit heavy.
It’s very tasty, but there’s a hint of pungency, or a tingling sensation in the throat and on the tongue, which bothers me a bit.
