Double IPA。
ホップは、Nugget、Super Galena、Simcoe、Delta、Target、Amarillo、Cascade、Galaxy、Citra、Nelson Sauvin、Motueka、Helgaを使用。
いろんなホップを使っていて、なんだかとても贅沢。
オレンジ、ミカン、グレープフルーツのような風味。
それから、後味に洋梨、メロンのような風味。
フローラルな感じや、ハーブ、草っぽい風味も。
飲んでいて、なんとなく瑞々しい感じがする。
ボディはやや重めで、苦味はしっかり。
炭酸が抑えめのようで、口当たりもいい感じ。

アルコール度数9.4%　IBU90

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

It’s kind of extravagant because of the variety of hops used.
Flavors like orange, tangerine, and grapefruit.
Then there is an aftertaste of pear and melon.
It also has floral, herbal, and grassy flavors.
When drinking it, it feels somewhat fresh.
The body is a little heavy and the bitterness is strong.
The carbonation seems to be low and the mouthfeel is good.
