Inkhorn Brewing Mejiro Citra Single Ver.
ヘイジーIPA。
ホップは、シトラ、シトラクライオ、シトラインコグニートを使っているそう。
シトラ尽くし！
飲んでみると、オレンジや桃のような風味が感じられる。
それから、草っぽい風味も。
ボディは、やや重めかな。
少し甘い感じがあってジューシーなんだけど、後味は思ったよりもサッパリとした感じ。
口当たりは、柔らかく滑らか。
Inkhornのビールを飲むのは2回めなんだけど、美味しいな〜。
ちなみにビールの名前の「mejiro」は、地名の「目白」かと思っていたら、鳥の「メジロ」なのね。
Inkhornは目白にお店があるそう。
お店に行ってみたいとは思うものの、そんなに目白に行く用事がなかったりする。
目白の田中屋でビールを仕入れつつ、Inkhornにお邪魔しようかな。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

They use Citra, Citra Cryo, and Citra Incognito hops.
Citra all the way!
When I drank it, I could taste orange and peachy flavors.
It also has a grassy flavor.
The body is a little heavy.
It’s a little sweet and juicy, but the aftertaste is crisper than I expected.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
This is the second time I’ve had Inkhorn’s beer, and it’s delicious.
By the way, I thought the name of the beer, “mejiro,” was the name of a place, “Mejiro,” but it’s the name of a bird, “mejiro.
Inkhorn has a store in Mejiro.
I’d like to visit the store, but I don’t have that much time to go to Mejiro.
I think I’ll visit Inkhorn while stocking up on beer at Tanaka-ya in Mejiro.
