京都醸造 朱玉
インペリアルベルジャンレッドとのこと。
ホップは、Merkurを使用。
原料にイチゴピューレを使用。
イチゴの風味が思ったよりも強く、濃厚な感じ。
それから麦の香ばしい風味も、少し。
スモークモルトを使っているせいなのか、チョコレートのような風味やコーヒーのような風味も感じられる。
口当たりは柔らかく、少し言い過ぎかもしれないけど、ネットリとした感じもする。
ほのかに甘く、酸味も少々。
ボディは重めで、アルコール度数もかなり高い。
ただ、アルコール度数11%というわりには、飲みやすい。
それにしても、このビール、とても美味しい。
今がベストな気もするけど、もっと寝かせても良かったかも。
寝かせるように、もう一本買っておけばよかったと、ちょっと後悔中。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

The mouthfeel is soft and maybe a bit too much, but it is also net-like.
Slightly sweet, with a bit of acidity.
The body is heavy and the alcohol content is quite high.
However, despite the 11% alcohol content, it is easy to drink.
By the way, this beer is very tasty.
I think it’s at its best now, but I could have let it sit longer.
I regret that I should have bought another bottle to let it rest.
