サワーエール。
原料に、マンゴー、メロンを使用しているそう。
当然ながら、マンゴー、メロンの風味が強い。
ビールを飲んで、しばらくはメロンなんだけど、後味は完全に完熟したマンゴー。
甘いビールで、酸味はほのかに。
口当たりは滑らか。
トロっとした感じがあって、なんとなくネクターを思わせる口当たり。
フルーツの風味が強いので、ビールっぽい感じは、ほのかに感じられる程度。
とても美味しいのだけど、ここまでくると、良くも悪くも、もはやビールではない感じ。
スペック：アルコール度数6.5 IBU?
