ベルジャンIPA。
ホップは、リワカ、ラカウ、モザイク。
華やかなエステル香が特徴的。
白ブドウ、ライチ、ベリー、桃のような風味が感じられる。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘も少し。
草っぽい風味も少し。
瑞々しく、甘やかでフルーティー。
ボディはミディアムよりは、少し重めくらいかなぁ。
久しぶりに飲んだのだけど、美味しかった。
ブラッシュアップされて、より洗練されたように感じる。
アルコール度数6% IBU45

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
Belgian IPA.
Hops: Riwaka, Lacaue, Mosaic.
Characterized by a vibrant ester aroma.
Flavors of white grapes, lychee, berries, and peach come through.
There’s also a hint of citrus, like grapefruit.
A slight grassy note as well.
Refreshing, sweet, and fruity.
The body is a bit heavier than medium, I’d say.
It’s been a while since I’ve had this, but it was delicious.
It feels like it’s been refined and polished, making it even more sophisticated.
