湘南ビール　天狗BEER Barrel Aged W-IPA
Barrel Aged W-IPA。
バーボン樽熟成のビール。
ホップは、モザイク、リワカ。
樽由来だと思うのだけど、木材っぽい風味や、独特のスパイシーな風味を感じる。
スモーキーな感じも少々。
ほのかに甘みがあり、ベリーのような風味も感じられる。
苦みがしっかりとしていて、ボディは重め。
熟成具合がほどよく、尖った感じがなく、思ったよりも飲みやすい。
もう少し寝かせてみても、面白いかも。

アルコール度数13.5%　IBU60

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Barrel-Aged W-IPA.
A beer aged in bourbon barrels.
Hops: Mosaic and Riwaka.
I think it comes from the barrels, but I detect woody notes and a distinctive spicy flavor.
There’s also a slight smokiness.
It has a subtle sweetness, and I can taste berry-like flavors as well.
The bitterness is pronounced, and the body is on the heavier side.
It’s aged just right—it’s not harsh at all and is easier to drink than I expected.
It might be interesting to let it age a little longer.
