ウエストコーストIPA。
グレープフルーツ、ライムなどの柑橘の風味が強く。
ベリー、トロピカルフルーツのような風味も。
草っぽい風味や、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味もほどよく。
苦味は、しっかり。
甘い感じはほとんど無く、ドライでスッキリとしたビール。
ボディは、やや重め。
ウエストコーストIPAのお手本みたいなビール。
これは、良いね。

Strong citrus notes of grapefruit and lime.
Hints of berries and tropical fruits.
Just the right amount of grassy and woody, spicy notes.
Solid bitterness.
Almost no sweetness—a dry, crisp beer.
The body is slightly heavy.
It’s the quintessential West Coast IPA.
This is a good one.
