VERTERE 8th Anniversary Red IPA
Red IPA。
ホップは、Comet、Mosaic、Strata、Mosaic Cryoを使用。
木材を思わせるスパイシーな感じが強く。
ほのかに甘く、ベリーの風味、グレープフルーツなどの柑橘の風味。
トロピカルフルーツの風味や、麦の香ばしい風味も。
フローラルな感じも、少々。
苦みはしっかり。
口当たりは柔らかく、少しトロッとした感じも。
個性的なので、好みは分かれるかも。
万人受けしないかもしれないけど、とても好き。

Red IPA.
Hops are Comet, Mosaic, Strata, and Mosaic Cryo.
Strongly spicy with hints of wood.
Slightly sweet, berry, grapefruit and other citrus flavors.
Some tropical fruit flavors and savory wheat flavors.
A little floral, too.
Bitterness is firm.
The mouthfeel is soft and a bit thick.
It is very unique, so tastes may differ.
It may not be to everyone’s taste, but I like it very much.
