VERTERE Window to WCB
Hazy DIPA。
West Coast Brewingとのコラボ。
ホップは、Motueka、Nelson Sauvinを使用。
West Coast Brewingの「Window to VERTERE」と対になるビール。
「Window to VERTERE」と同じホップを使っているのだけど、ホップの分量が違うらしい。
飲んでみると、白ぶどうっぽい風味が強い感じ。
その他にメロン、グレープフルーツなどの風味。
草っぽい感じや、フローラルな感じも少し。
ジューシーで、ちょっと甘め。
「Window to VERTERE」よりもこちらのほうが、甘いかな。
口当たりは柔らかく。
やや重めのボディ。
白ぶどうっぽい風味があるので、「Window to VERTERE」よりもNelson Sauvinの使用量が多いのかも。
アルコール度数8% IBU?

This beer is a counterpart to West Coast Brewing’s “Window to VERTERE”.
It uses the same hops as “Window to VERTERE”, but the amount of hops is different.
When I tried it, it had a strong white grape-like flavor.
There are also flavors of melon and grapefruit.
There are also some grassy and floral notes.
It’s juicy and a little sweet.
This one is sweeter than the Window to Vertere.
Soft on the palate.
The body is a little heavy.
There is a white grape-like flavor, so maybe Nelson Sauvin is used more in this wine than in “Window to VERTERE”.
