アイリッシュレッドエール。
ホップは、East Kent Goldings。
紅茶葉のべにふうきを使用。
キレイな赤色のビール。
麦の風味が感じられ、カラメルのような風味が強く。
紅茶の風味もしっかりと。
それから、草っぽい風味も。
少し甘く、フルーティ。
苦みもしっかりとしている。
ボディは、ミディアムかなぁ。
涼しくなった、今の時期にちょうど良い感じ。
もう少しだけ、甘み控えめだったら、更に良かった。
これのリアルエールを飲んでみたい。
アルコール度数4.5% IBU20

Irish Red Ale.
Hops: East Kent Goldings.
Made with black tea leaves.
A beautiful red-colored beer.
You can taste the malt flavor, with a strong caramel-like note.
The tea flavor comes through nicely too.
Then there’s a grassy flavor as well.
Slightly sweet and fruity.
The bitterness is also well-defined.
Body is medium, I guess.
Perfect for this cooler season.
It would have been even better with just a bit less sweetness.
I’d like to try the real ale version of this.
