サワーエール。
原料に、桃、パッションフルーツ、マンゴー、ゴールデンベリーを使用しているそう。
桃とマンゴーのような風味が強い。
ジューシーで、少し甘い感じがあり、酸味は穏やか
色味もキレイで、とてもいい。
ドロッとした口当たりで、ビールと言うよりは、マンゴーのスムージーを飲んでいるような感じ。ボディはミディアム。
後味は思ったよりもサッパリしていて、飲みやすい。
飲んでいて嫌な感じは全くなく、めちゃめちゃ旨い 。
後味に、ほのかにビールっぽい風味が、感じられるのもイイなぁ。
時々、こういう面白い＆美味しいビールに出会えるから、クラフトビールは楽しいのよね。
安くはなかったけど、買っといて良かった。
