柚子を使ったIPA。
柚子の風味は、しっかりと。
伊予柑のような甘い風味も、感じられる。
柚子が強すぎないのが、良いね。
ほのかに甘く、ジューシー。
後味スッキリ、苦みほどよく。
ボディは、やや重めかなぁ。
華やかなビールながら、飲み飽きない感じで、とても美味しい。
