Stone Japanese Green Tea IPA
煎茶を使ったIPA。
ホップは、Warrior、Crystal、Helga、Aramis、Sorachi Aceを使用。
緑茶のような風味が感じられ、その余韻が長く口に残る感じ。
メロン、トロピカルフルーツのような甘い風味も、ほのかに感じられる。
苦味はかなり強く、少し渋いかな。
ボディは重く、飲みごたえ十分。
それにしても、こんなに苦いIPAは、久しぶりに飲んだ。
Stoneらしくて、結構好き。
