West Coast Brewing　Full Hop Alchemist v21

Hazy Double IPA。
ホップは、Idaho7、Mosaic、Nelson Sauvin、Simcoeを使用。
グレープフルーツや、和柑橘のような風味。
それから、ライチなどのトロピカルフルーツのような風味。
草っぽい風味や、木材のようなスパイシーな風味も少し。
なんとなくミントを思わせる、清涼感、冷涼感も感じられる。
甘い感じはあまりないものの、ジューシー。
苦味はしっかりとしていて、後味はドライ。
Full Hop Alchemistは、いつも美味しいね。

アルコール度数8.5%　IBU?

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

Hazy Double IPA.
Hops: Idaho7, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe.
Flavors of grapefruit and Japanese citrus.
Then tropical fruit flavors like lychee.
There is also a grassy flavor and a bit of spicy woodiness.
There is also a cool, cool sensation, somewhat reminiscent of mint.
Juicy, though not very sweet.
The bitterness is firm and the finish is dry.
Full Hop Alchemist is always delicious.
